Deleting your tBudgetor account removes it for good, on the website and in the iOS and Android apps. It cannot be undone.
In the app
Open Profile and choose Delete account. You will be asked to confirm, and the account is deleted straight away.
Without the app
Enter the email address you use for tBudgetor below. We will email you a link; open it and confirm, and the account is deleted straight away. The link works for 60 minutes.
If you signed in with Google or Apple, use the email address shown on your tBudgetor profile. With Apple's "Hide My Email" that is the relay address Apple created for you.
What is deleted
- Your account: name, email address, password and preferences.
- Every trip, expense, note and link in it.
- Every receipt, photo and file you attached.
- The devices signed in to it, and their notification tokens.
- Your connection to Google or Apple sign-in. We also tell Apple the account is gone.
Records of payments may be kept for as long as tax or accounting law requires. Nothing else is kept.
Paid plans
An account with a paid plan that is still running cannot be deleted until the plan is cancelled, so it does not keep charging you for something you cannot use. Cancel it first, then delete the account. On iOS and Android, cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
